Boarding

All boarding clients are required to keep a credit card on file for emergency situations.

Drop-Off:

While our facility is staffed 24/7 to ensure your pup is never left alone, drop-offs are accepted between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekends.

 

Pick-Up:

Pick-ups are available during the same hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Please bring enough food for your dog's stay, ideally pre-measured for each meal.

 

We kindly ask that you do not bring any valuable or sentimental items, as they may become damaged or misplaced.

In most cases, yes—all dogs must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare or boarding.

However, we may be able to accommodate unaltered dogs on a limited-play schedule, depending on the individual case. Please contact our General Manager to discuss options.

Social pups will enjoy playtime in groups matched by size and temperament.

Meal times and rest breaks are done individually in a quiet space so your dog can relax and recharge.

Absolutely! We understand how much you miss your pup while you're away. You're welcome to call or text us between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST at (929) 243-6475 or email thebutler.waterlinesq@gmail.com for a quick update.

 

If you'd like photo or video updates during your dog’s stay, we offer a Daily Puppy Postcard as an optional add-on. This includes personalized photo/video updates sent directly to you.

 

We want to give each dog the best care and attention possible—especially during busy times when we’re at full capacity—so this helps us dedicate time to those who want a little extra peace of mind.

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. In the event of an emergency:

 

1. We will first attempt to reach you and your listed emergency contacts.

 

2. If urgent care is needed, we will contact your regular veterinarian.

 

3. If they are unavailable, we’ll go to a trusted local vet or 24-hour emergency animal hospital.

Yes. Any pup interested in boarding must first pass our Daycare Evaluation.
